We can help to keep your parents or siblings in their home, property watching for snowbirds, or looking after a property for a financial lender.

Recently we worked with a seasonal cottage owner to winterize the cottage in the early winter and commission the cottage in the spring.
We also have a long-lasting relationship with this client having also repaired, plumbing, electrical, and the oil furnace over the years.
