Winter 2022 Message from Eric Crose
To all our customers families and friends, thank you for your patronage over 2021. Our company goal is to be the best in the Grey Bruce area. We will continue to offer 24-hour emergency service and regular service over the Christmas holidays and into the new year. Furnace repairs and replacement Sales are abounding right now so please be patient as we expect the volume to be unprecedented.

Unfortunately, now and in the past year, there have been numerous equipment and material supply problems, but we have managed to provide equipment installations. We strive to do everything that we can for you. To those who have requested quotes and I did not supply those quotes, I apologize and am truly sorry. On many occasions, the volume of calls has been overwhelming, but something to remember, A squeaky wheel gets the oil. And a reminder call pits you to the top of my list!
We recently have begun to offer portable generators to help with power supply issues across Grey Bruce during seasonal outages. The automatic standby generators that we offered are not available anymore this year. But an extension cord and a portable generator running outside can improve the safety and comfort during an emergency outage. Oh, and lastly a Winter tip: Buying a ceramic heater or three is always a good investment.
In these times of adversity, compassion, understanding, and helping your fellow man or neighbor is going to be a theme this winter. For those who are set up and prepared, please give some empathy to others during this holiday season. Seasons Greetings, Good luck, and God bless.
